Why I believe Farmville is not a game !

I was browsing through some different youtube clips about indie games and found this very intellectual lecture by Jonathan Blow. About games and the human condition.

HTML 5 games

It is hard being a small indie developer. So currently I am working part time at a publisher for childrens books. They wanted to start creating apps and games and the first thing I was tasked with doing was some smaller games for their website that would work across all different devices. So I started to look at creating games with HTML 5. I'm not much of a html guy so I needed something easy that would fit my needs and I found this tool Construct 2. It is very easy to use and it works very well. It has a visual scripting language and with some simple lines of code you will have something up and running in no time.
